SupportCare Agreements
SupportCare offers a wide choice of yearly and multi-year maintenance agreements that meet the ever increasing complexity of today's communications solutions. Backed by a National Operations Center based in Toronto and Montreal with a satellite in Calgary, Connex Ontario offers extensive remote or on-site fully manufacturer certified technical assistance with a wide array of products and applications 24x7 365 days a year.

NetworkCare Agreements
NetworkCare offers a full suite of Service Level Agreements to our Connex customers that encompass value added monitoring, management and support that is required for both voice, data and converged networks. Our mandate is to ensure system performance.

ConciergeCare Agreements
Many customers require more than the occasional technical resources to be available when called upon, they may need complete staff augmentation. Our customers achieve great productivity gains with Connex dedicated onsite service staff. We offer staff augmentation in various skillsets from software specialists to technicians to cable specialists, even full time Program Managers who can also manage your other vendors and integrators.

CareDesk Agreements
Through our National Operation Center, we offer remote software and Tier 1 support to customers who require a customized helpdesk and general software support. It is timely and effective to have someone off-site who can immediately assist for your business users' needs, rather than staffing for the infrequent times you require assistance.

CustomCare Agreements
There will also be the customers who do not fit in any traditional program and template of service. You require a customized plan for your business.
